We at proDAD are happy to answer your questions concerning our solutions.

In case of a problem please send send us your request by choosing "Help" and "in case of problems send an email ...." that you will find as a menu-item in your proDAD product. 
This way the installation- and usage protocol is also automatically sent to us as a zip file. You do not need to do no more than that.
And of course, the transferred data does not include any personal information.
